Lelouch vi Britannia is the foremost protagonist in Code Geass. He is the main character in the Code Geass Lelouch of the Rebellion and Code Geass Lelouch of the Rebellion R2 series as well as a supporting character in side stories like Code Geass: OZ the Reflection and Code Geass: Lancelot and Guren.

He is the 11th Prince of Holy Britannian Empire, son of Charles Zi Britannia, 98th emperor of Holy Britannian Empire, and Marianne Vi Britannia, 98th empress of Holy Britannian Empire. Lelouch was banished to Japan after the death of his mother and her sister became paralyzed.
